Scientific expertise My research is focused on the development technology of preparation nanostructures, studying of influence to technology condition to structure and physical properties on nanomaterials, improvement of the understanding of the basic physical processes in nanomaterials. Understanding physical process in nanostructures: the effective mass of charge carriers in nanoparticles differs from the bulk material. This is due to a change in the potential energy of charge carriers in nanoparticles. This is leads a change in the potential energy of charge carriers due to interaction with defects and a change in the structure of nanoparticles.
