-WG1 - Advances in Porous Materials and Technologies
Research field (Free keywords) Alloys, coating, wear, composite, oxides.
Scientific expertise My aim was to produce coating electrodes and as a subject, I examined ceramic-based additives to intermetallic materials (Fe-Al) and investigated the effect of their tribological properties by coating them with Electro spark deposition (ESD). In addition to these, I am working on surface coating with thermochemical methods, their characterization and change in terms of tribological properties. I have more than 15 publications in international journals and symposiums and about 10 nationally on the effect of coating on tribological properties. Lately, I have focused on high entropy alloys and my aim both their coating and their use as.
Capabilities Manufacturing of ceramic reinforced metal matrix composites and their characterization and use as coating materials. Coating of metals with ceramic-based materials by thermomechanical methods. Investigation of coated or uncoated materials in terms of tribological. Alloy production by melting or powdere metallurgy method.
