Capabilities The production of all thin films can be achieved by using the RF/DC magnetron sputtering system or the thermal evaporation system (high (473K) - ]ow (200 K) temperature) in our laboratory. All annealing processes such as heat treatment under vacuum or in a different gas environment can be performed. X-Ray diffraction (depending on temperature), X-Ray reflectometry, Scanning electron microscopy (SEM-EDX), Atomic force microscopy(AFM-SCM-KPFM-MFM-Nanoindentation), electrical measurements, which are structural characterizations, are performed. In addition, the characterization of optical properties can be made.
