I have worked in the fabrication, characterization, and modeled of organic solar cells.
I have experience in thermal evaporation and spin-coating. Regarding characterization technics, I have experience in current-voltage characteristics, impedance spectroscopy (IS), external quantum efficiency (EQE), spectroscopy UV-vis, AFM, and XRD. About, the modeled, I use Mathcad and the circuital equivalent of one diode or three diodes. |
